We help business travellers get on with their business obligations without interruption by providing quiet, calm yet centrally located homes which are carefully decorated to provide serenity and inspiration. We help holiday and leisure travellers enjoy peaceful, cosy homes that offer the luxury of a five-star hotel room, while the city centre and the main city attractions are a short walk, bicycle ride or drive away.
Whether you are here to stay for a few days or several weeks or months, our team always strives to accommodate your requests in a highly efficient yet discreet manner and is available to address any questions at any time, any day of the week.
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 24-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund. After the 24-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
For stays of 30 nights or more, guests can cancel with more than 14 days notice prior to check-in and the first 15 nights are non-refundable. Less than 14 days notice before check-in and the first 30 booked days are non-refundable. Once in stay a guest may cancel at any time with 30 days notice and these 30 days are non-refundable.
