Up on a slope overlooking the magnificent Polis Chrysochous bay on the west coast of Cyprus, we have created Mango Cottages, a unique project of 6 exclusive residential properties.
Mango Cottages lie on the edge of the Paphos Forest on a 10.000m² plot of beautiful trees and foliage, only 300m away from the crystal clear sea and from the village center with its distinctive red brick houses.
From behind the plot one can walk into the Paphos forest, while from the front side, the sea views and sunsets offer a truly spectacular view.
Each home is designed on its own individual plot, with its landscaped garden, swimming pool and paved terraces. All homes have en-suite bedrooms, spacious living and dining areas, modern kitchens and large shaded terraces overlooking the pool, and the stunning sea views.
The materials are carefully selected for their durability, sustainability, and low carbon footprint. Natural local stone, wood and bamboo shades are used throughout whilst the gardens will be landscaped with endemic plants and fruit trees.
A superb, listed house in the historic centre of Nicosia is being painstakingly restored to its former glory.
The complete renovation of this amazing property is now undergoing its final touches and soon Ailanthus will join our other eclectic properties available for short-term lets.
In the serene village of Kallepeia, 20km from Paphos city centre, we are developing our new innovative Agrotourism project.
The site is an area of almost 20,000 m2 with a wonderful view of the valley in the north and a golf club in the south. On one side there will be an orchard with fruit trees and other leafy shade trees will be planted among the unique constructions of the dwellings, the restaurant and the workshops.
All the structures will be of bioclimatic architecture constructed using natural materials such as wood and stone. The residential units will be elevated for comfort and view.
Apart from the residential units, there will be a restaurant with a library and pergola as well as workshops with indoor and outdoor spaces for organised activities that will include jam and preserves making, bread making and fruit drying. Guests will be able to pick their own fruit and vegetables from the orchard and use them for their own consumption. Nature walks, cycling, rock climbing, cave exploration and bird watching are some of the sports that will be offered to the guests.
The project is close to Kika’s Garden, one of the most renowned brunch garden restaurants in the village of Kallepia and the general Paphos area. The famous Akamas Peninsula with its nature trails and amazing sea coves is only a few miles away, whilst the city of Paphos and the airport are also close by.
